Pet Project Club
Budva / Montenegro

Yesterday there were only 4 of us. Someone got sick, someone didn’t come because of work, someone because of a parallel meeting, children's performances, and so on (thank you for letting me know, I really appreciate it 🤝), and also for some reason I couldn’t enable the Google Meet broadcast this time (as if they have again limited the free tier), but...
Despite all that, it turned out VERY interesting. I don’t know how it works, but it’s like when there are fewer of us, everyone gets more time and space, and sometimes it turns out just wow.
We discussed problems and questions ranging from how and who could solve IT community issues in Montenegro such as connecting e-commerce accounts in banks and finding investments💸, to problems of protecting crops from slugs and proper interaction with hippie-pacifist employees ☮️.
We discussed pet projects — an accelerator for pet projects, a game for safe purchase/generation of crypto (I was slow to figure out the mechanics), a flea market (with decent filters and quick registration), an electronic garden bed, and the use of AI in real farming life. It was—wow, so cool🔥🔥🔥
The most important thing — we agreed on specific steps on how we can help each other: share contacts, make introductions to an investment fund, provide an account for receiving online payments, etc. And once again I realized how valuable trust and information are as resources.
In general, the format of “open meetings” is a good thing, we should continue.
