Requests can be submitted directly via Viber or WhatsApp bots, without installing any applications or registering in complex systems. You just need to open your regular messenger and message the bot — making it as simple and accessible as possible for everyone.

AI automatically analyzes each request: it recognizes the type of problem, clarifies the geolocation, and determines whether the request is new or duplicates an existing one. Similar reports are grouped together, reducing the number of duplicates and allowing city services to respond faster to real priorities.
