Works as a web application, PWA, and Telegram Mini App.

The project is built with Next.js 16 + React 19 + TypeScript using Mantine and Tailwind CSS; the database is Supabase (PostgreSQL + RLS + Realtime), maps are Mapbox, AI assistant is OpenAI GPT-4o with web search.

The codebase includes 120+ API endpoints, 426+ E2E tests (Playwright), 45 accessibility tests, and a production roadmap until Q1 2027.
