Polaco Accelerator

Gym for your pet projects

Project details

Polaco Accelerator is a place where you regularly come to “train” your project just like people go to the gym to train their body.

📍 Offline in Monteco
🕔 Evening, from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM
📅 1–5 times a week — you choose

💡 How it works
You come with your idea or project — and you are not left alone with it.

  • We discuss your idea together
  • With the help of YPMO, we turn it into a clear plan
  • You move forward according to the plan with my support
  • And with the support of other participants

This is not lectures or a course.
It is regular work on your project in the right environment.

⚙️ Work format (simple Scrum)
Each project works in short iterations:

  • 📅 Iteration = 5 work sessions
  • 🧠 Day 1 — task planning (backlog)
  • 🛠 Days 2–4 — work + short discussions
  • 🎤 Day 5 — demo to other participants

Important:
these 5 days can take place:

  • within 1 week (if you come often)
  • or within a month (if 1–2 times a week)

👉 You set the pace yourself — the system adapts to you.

🎯 What you get
Unlimited access to YPMO
— your AI assistant for product work

  • My involvement (Senior Product Manager) — up to 2 hours per month of personal work with your project
  • Coworking environment — up to 5 days a week, 5:00 PM–8:00 PM — workspaces + possibility of calls
  • Help with planning — turning chaos into a clear roadmap
  • Community and support — feedback, ideas, help from other participants — a normal working atmosphere without infobusiness

🤝 What is the value
Regular work → brings money now
Pet project → gives a chance for the future

But there is a problem:
👉 projects almost always “die” alone

Polaco Accelerator solves this through:

  • regularity
  • structure
  • support
  • and peer pressure (in a good sense)

🧠 Briefly
This is not training.
This is not consulting.
This is a system where your project starts moving.
