SYSTEMA.WORKS is a website and an internal omnichannel AI platform for a digital agency operating in Montenegro and remotely. The platform automatically qualifies requests through web chat, Telegram, and Instagram/Facebook Messenger: it extracts briefs (name, contact, service type, budget, deadlines), analyzes intentions and emotional tone, detects the interlocutor's language, and if necessary, transfers the conversation to a live manager.
The project is built on the Next.js 16 + Supabase + OpenAI (GPT-5-mini / GPT-5.2) stack with multilingual support (EN/SR/RU/UKR), RLS policies, rate limiting, Cloudflare Turnstile, and an identity resolution system across channels. It includes an admin panel for managing conversations, leads, and projects. This is not just a landing page, but a production-ready AI sales platform.
